  Use to be ok place to shop until last visit 4 days ago, I knew what I wanted but salesman with glasses seemed to know more of what I needed and was pushing a contract, got to me and I left and went back an hour later and got a different salesman all went ok until macking out docket then insiting on extended service an I had to give reason for not wanting this great product ( extended wantery ) his I know more atatiude. After this I will consider shopping there again

  Have been burnt before by Harvey Norman Rockhampton, so now I am never stepping inside a HN store again. They've lost my custom, & others they've treated in the same way.

  Hi have brought most my electrical goods and furniture from Havery Norman most have been good services. But the last one from the furniture department has been terrible. I no it 5 years since I brought 2 Brando recliners at $2,200.First the both legs recliners broke,went back to see if they could replace them,told warranty only good for 12 months. Now still not working also now armrest has come loose also the stitching.I think wasting my time going back to store.I will not be returning to Havery Norman North Rockhampton.Barry Dunn Rockhampton

  Sell things that don't do as they state, then are unwilling to swap item for a model that does do what you need.
