    The shops and services available here are great. Good local businesses, as well as some major chains. The parking and traffic can be terrible at busier times. Picarock do not do a very good job at handling the up keep and maintenance of the place.

    Not too bad. Not good parking layout and road always has potholes. Stores pretty good though.
