  The customer service was terrible. The staff members i encounted were rude and had no interest in wanting to help. When i asked for assistance i was told only to buy the expensive products. I didnt bother purchasing anything, however Pj's Bet Barn was so much better.

  I’d instructed my husband to buy Blackhawk dog food from another pet store but he went to Rocky Pet World by mistake. I was so pleased that he did, as the price was much cheaper than any that I’d previously found and there was a bonus offer of 6 cans of Blackhawk dog food. I’ll definitely go back there.

  Horrible customer service. It was like no one wanted to let me buy what was in my hands. Also thank you for cutting the toe off my $80 baby cockatiel I'm sure she loved it too.

  Felt uncomfortable, had to leave straight away, poor customer service. Was enquiring about salt water and got mocked. Fish staff dose not know anything about salt water and processes. Does not care for beginners or pride in expertise.
